This year’s workshop is the sixth edition of the CONVERSATIONS workshop series. The two first workshops were arranged at CERTH (Thessaloniki, Greece) and St. Petersburg University (St. Petersburg, Russia), both in conjunction with the Conference on Internet Science.
In the third edition of the workshop, we for the first time arranged CONVERSATIONS as a stand alone event – hosted by the University of Amsterdam. Then, due to the covid pandemic, CONVERSATIONS was a virtual event in both 2020 and 2021. Here, we learnt the value also of involving the chatbort research community online.
Now, we are looking forward to yet again having a face-to-face workshop. Hosted by the University of Amsterdam. However, we aim to bring to this event also elements from the online workshops – including one online session each workshop day.
